This is a premium module, available with Customify Pro. You would need to activate the module from Appearance → Customify Options → Cookie Notice.
It allows you to elegantly inform users that your site uses cookies and to comply with the EU cookie law GDPR regulations.
You can find the Cookie Notice settings under the Customizer on Appearance → Customize → Footer → Cookie Notice.

- Choice of position – either top or bottom bar, or floating in one of the corners of the screen
