Font size presets

Blocksify font size presets define the global type-size scale used by Typography size controls.

Use them when text sizing should stay consistent across headings, buttons, cards, and reusable layout patterns.

Where to find it

  1. Open any post or page in the WordPress editor.
  2. Click the top-right ⋮ menu.
  3. Under Panels, click Blocksify Settings. A sidebar slides in.
  4. Open Global Font Size Presets. The font-size scale rows appear.
The Global Font Size Presets panel shows the font-size scale rows.

Font-size scale

The panel ships with a 10-stop scale from XS through 6XL. Blocks use these stops as named font-size choices.

Scale ruleBehavior
SlugThe stable name Blocksify uses to keep existing font-size choices connected.
LabelThe display name shown in the size slider tooltip.
ValueThe dimension value used for that font-size stop.
Add or removeNot available for font-size presets.

Edit a font-size preset

Click a row to open its popover. The slug is read-only, while the label and value can be changed.

  1. Click a font-size row. The preset popover opens.
  2. Edit Label when the display name should change.
  3. Edit Value with the dimension field.
  4. Use Reset to default when a modified row should return to its seed value.
A font-size preset popover shows Slug, Label, Value, and Reset to default controls.

How Typography controls use font-size tokens

Typography size sliders can use a token instead of a literal size. Blocks such as the Text block and Button block then keep using that named font-size choice.

Font size is responsive in the Typography panel, so tablet and mobile can carry their own values when needed. Use the global scale for repeatable sizes, then use responsive editing only where a smaller device needs a different stop.

What is excluded

Line height and letter spacing are not tokenized. Set them on the block when a specific text treatment needs those adjustments.

Font families are also not managed by Blocksify Global Settings. The Typography family picker reads from the active theme and the WordPress Fonts Library; for the full token sidebar context, see the Global Settings overview and related spacing presets.

Note: Font-size preset edits update the editor preview. Check the published page before relying on a changed font-size preset outside the editor.
