The Blocksify Design Library lets you browse patterns, insert one into a page, and edit the inserted blocks. Use it after the editor tour or while you create your first page. The Design Library is on by default, with its launcher in the document toolbar. To move or hide it, go to Blocksify → Dashboard → Settings → Editor Enhancements → Design Library button.
Before you start: Open the page or post where you want the pattern to appear.
Open the Design Library
- Go to Pages → Add New or open an existing page.
- Click Design Library in the document toolbar. A full-screen modal opens.
- Leave Patterns selected. Pattern cards appear in the grid.
Browse and filter patterns
The modal includes a sidebar, segmented tabs, a search field, a pattern count, and a masonry-style grid of pattern cards.
- Click Patterns to stay in the pattern list.
- Type a keyword in Search. The grid narrows to matching cards and the count updates.
- Choose a sidebar category when categories are shown.
Insert a pattern
- Click a pattern card. Blocksify inserts the selected pattern immediately in this build.
- Return to the editor. The pattern blocks appear at the current selection.
When you insert a pattern, Blocksify imports its media into your site’s Media Library.
Note: Pattern cards are read-only previews. Edit the text, images, buttons, and layout after the pattern is inserted.
Adapt the inserted pattern
- Select the inserted Section. The Blocksify inspector opens for that block.
- Open Layout and adjust the columns, gaps, or content width if the structure needs a change.
- Open Colors, Background, Spacing, or Typography to align the pattern with the page.
- Replace placeholder text, image content, and button links. The canvas updates as you edit.
