Blocksify Pro Search Kit combines Search Tabs and Search Empty State in a search Dynamic Template you design for the site’s results page.
What is Search Kit?
A custom search results page is a Dynamic Template for searches. It can include a heading, tabs, designed result cards, and a helpful section when nothing matches.
The free Blocksify plugin shows Search results (Pro version) dimmed under Display on. Blocksify Pro unlocks Search results; leave its value at Any post type for the site’s general search page.
How does Search Kit work?
Three pieces work together while the active theme continues to supply the surrounding header, footer, and page frame; the Northstar template centers its search content inside the theme container.

- Create a Dynamic Template, open Dynamic Template, and click the + (Add condition) button under Display on. Choose Search results and leave its value at Any post type.
- Insert Search Tabs, a ready-made version of the Tabs block. It creates one tab for every public content type included in search, in WordPress registration order.
- Build each tab panel with a Content Loop that inherits the current search and narrows it to that tab’s content type.
- Insert Search Empty State, a ready-made version of the Section block. It appears only when the whole search returns nothing.
On the published page, each tab label gets a count for the current term. With Hide empty tabs enabled, a type such as Products can remain enabled in the editor but disappear from the published strip when it has no results; the first tab with results opens automatically.

If WooCommerce is active, searchable products get a Products tab. Products marked to be excluded from search are left out of both its count and its panel.
Why use Search Kit?
Make mixed results easier to scan
Tabs separate every searchable public content type, including custom types such as Properties and Agents, and follow WordPress registration order. Visitors can move straight to the type they expected instead of scanning one mixed list.
Keep results consistent with the site
Each Content Loop uses cards you design, so a property result can show different details from a blog post or product while all panels share the same page layout.
Turn an empty search into a next step
Instead of relying on the theme’s default message, add a clear explanation, a new search box, and links to popular areas. The section appears for a term such as “vantorel” only when the main search finds nothing.
